OpenSips Control Panel blank after installing on Ubuntu 18.04.6 LTS

Hope all is well.
I have installed the control panel but it is a blank page when i click the tabs on the left side.
Please see screenshot for example.

Opensips version for reference,
(cli): mi version
{
"Server": "OpenSIPS (3.2.3 (x86_64/linux))"
}

Hope all is well !
I have it as default, and have delete the opensips-cp folder as well as recreate the database to no success.
what should i edit in the db.inc.php ?
