Rename example from "Regular" to "Bursting" or "RegularBursting"

It's supposed to be "regular" as opposed to "chaotic" (that's the usual terminology in dynamical systems). This model is well known to have ("broad") parameter sets that lead to chaotic (ie "irregular") bursting. Feel free to rename it as you see fit.
