Subject: [PATCH] Commit to trigger a the release workflow on GitHub

When the PR https://github.com/ambanum/OpenTermsArchive/pull/957 was merged the release workflow was not available on the main branch, so it
was not triggered.
This commit is a workaround to create an empty PR to merge to allow triggering this workflow.
