Please Implement Command Class Irrigation

Please implement Command Class Irrigation in the Dev branch so we can use z-wave irrigation devices.

I have the same device, and would enjoy working on this.

Are their any pointers about where to start adding a command class? Or shall I just read through the others and attempt to stick as close as possible to their style?

Just pick a existing class that’s close and try to follow it.

Please do this against the Dev branch though, not master.
