If an opencast instance is deleted, the corresponding settings should also be deleted. Currently, the settings are kept and reused if the instance is added again.

Should we also delete the settings of the instance in other plugins?
Logically, we need to delete all configs in each plugin related to an instance being deleted.
It is my plan to do so, please give your feedback regarding this if you have other ideas!
