None object for Message.txt

'Messages.txt', 'Shutters.txt' and 'Fitting.txt' are all now a None object because of lines 106, 110 and 111. How are these files are imported now? @aalbino2

I'm parsing them with specific functions.

extract_growth_messages is for the messages.txt
the others are parsed in nomad directly

the epilog_read should read only timeseries files
