Hola que tal? Queria saber como se deberian manejar los casos donde una infraccion no tenga ninguna multa en los anios, consideramos que todo es 0? O simplemente se ignoran estas infracciones?

Pide el monto mínimo y el monto máximo, si no hay infracciones entonces no hay monto, ni mínimo ni máximo. No debería aparecer
