Create OrcaCity as Golden Test

Change Proposal

The goal of this issue is to create the following figma file into a golden test:

Contrary to the current existing golden tests, the Orca City golden test will include the entire Flutter Project. This means that the test will check the following:

• Generated files
• Custom files
• Folder architecture
  • The folder architecture will be checked by default when we look for a file inside the runtime project vs. the golden project. To do this, we shall use the new Folder Architecture system.

Module and Current Solution

Currently, there is no test for this.

Benefits of the Change

Orca City will offer a wider and more realistic expectation of tests, and will offer wider coverage for multiple cases.
