IMG Imagawa in EU4 is mapped to Inner Mongolia in Vic2

Very small issue. EU4's IMG tag, Imagawa, is mapped to Vic2's IMG tag. Upon conversion, IMG is localised as Inner Mongolia, has Mongolian flags, and at least in my conversion it has Mongol primary culture. I'm not sure what determines that for countries with no territory, so that last part may be an issue with my specific conversion.
