看文档HAMi已经支持Ascend910B设备，且支持1/2和1/4 两种粒度切分，相关源码是否开源

都是开源的，调度逻辑在 HAMi，Device Plugin 在这个 Ascend Device Plugin 项目，然后切分模版配置在 config.yaml，官方的切分配置可以一块参考
