Crafting Vintage Coif makes game freeze and then crash.

As the title suggests, crafting the "Vintage Coif" probably crashes the game because it fails to select the "Torn Coif" from the list of 'materials' when crafting. The first time it happened, I missed it. Second time though and I watched it freeze up at that point before the game entirely closed on me.
