Feature Request: Buff Conditionals on Macro Builder

It would be very useful if the Macro Editor had Skip conditionals for the various buffs and durations, if possible. For example, skip if Observe == 0 or skip if Innovation >= 3, for use in setting up upgradable combo steps and other optimizations

As an aside, is the Script engine making a return? And if so, are there any resources or examples to draw on that could give guidance on where to begin coding for that?
