Failed to Install Plugin Saucy

Hello,

I had Saucy previously installed up until a few days ago. I went to do some triple triad and noticed that it wasn't prompting the Saucy function.

I noticed then that it somehow uninstalled itself. I tried to reinstall it but keep getting a "Failed to Install Plugin Saucy" message and to reach out if the error still occurs.

I thought it might be a virus scanner issue but it isn't. No warnings or issues and until recently I was using it with no issues.

Version I am reporting on at this time is 1.4.0.3

Update 1) The Issue has not been resolved. I've done the following:

Removed and reinstalled both the repository and pathway
Disabled firewalls
Disabled Bit Defender - Uninstalled it for the process of elimination
Ran any exceptions
Placed on every Whitelist exception.
