[BLM] Aoe Simple and Advanced does not Transpose out of Umbral Ice

Firstly, Happy New Year to the team.

I wanted to actually get BLM in the event it was a THM issue, but it is the same for BLM.

It seems that the Aoe rotation will not Transpose out of Ice mode into Fire mode like it does with Single Target.

Manafont fires off fine, you Transpose into Umbral Ice fine once you run out of MP, but it does not flip back to Astral Fire once back to full MP.

Only comment I could make is that I am super low, level 32 almost, if that has any bearing on it.
