[Bug]: Daily notes editor interferes with citation/zotero plugins

Bug Description

When editing daily notes within the plugin, I'm unable to use the citation insertion functionalities of pandoc reference list and zotero integration.

This may apply to other plugins with similar functionality (calling up search lists and selecting items); possibly related to #42?

Pandoc

When editing normally, I can bring up a list of references by typing [@... and select a citation from the suggestions. In the daily notes editor, the suggestion menu appears but the items can't be selected. If I type the full citation key manually, the resulting citation is not recognised/automatically formatted by pandoc (hovering produces the message no citation found for <key>)

pandoc plugin version: 2.0.25

Zotero integration

When calling up a zotero plugin command (e.g. insert note) the item selector doesn't appear.

To Reproduce

1. Enable https://github.com/mgmeyers/obsidian-pandoc-reference-list plugin
2. Start editing within the continuous scroll daily notes editor.
3. Start typing [@CitationKey to bring up reference suggestions
4. Try selecting a reference
