failed to install deepspeed==0.12.6+c00388a2 while finetuning using DPO method

I cloned https://github.com/QwenLM/Qwen2.5-Coder/tree/main/finetuning/dpo

and when I installed requirements.txt got the error for few libraries version not found in pip.
can cany one pls guide what iam doing wrong here.

does cloning the repo of DPO will fine tune the qwen2.5 coder model?
