Suggestion Description

sudo apt-get install libturbojpeg0-dev needs to work and advanced features can be turned on if latest versions of turboJPEG is found.

This feature needs to be implemented to merge RPP fix for turboJPEG - ROCm/rpp#518

@SundarRajan98 - can add all the required changes to #296 to close this issue.

  • Docs - update install instructions for TurboJPEG
  • Changelog updates
  • Package - needs to bring turboJPEG
  • setup - install package
