gsschema service needs permission to write to disk #5

to reproduce:

go to /gsschema/
select an existing layer
click "describe feature type" to download an xsd
click "choose file" and select the file that was just downloaded
click upload
it fails and if you look in network tab under the failed request -> preview you'll see:

Permission denied: '/var/lib/geoserver_data/workspaces/geonode/od3_repo/incidentes_od3/schema.xsd'
