@rkathey people can work on this once the repo is initialized with an empty README - then they can fork and pull-request against it. Right now, nobody can do any work on it unless they have push rights.

We need to figure out what/how we want this repo organized.

I'm inclined to go with a separate top-level directory for each tool, then markdown for most simple pages and HTML for pages that need more control over the visual aspects or that want JavaScript support...
