Two controller option

Problem statement

How can I connect two usb controllers to Nintendo Switch? Controller two doesn't respond in any game I tried so far. I could configure controller two in settings. But also there it indicated as controller two not connected. But they both are wired and connected with usb on the side of the dock station.

Proposed solution

Fix the issue to connect a second controller to play two player games.
