Add a page detailing software RSE has had involvement in

The RSE COM Newsletter now includes a section on software that has been released.

This was something @ns-rse suggested and has taken responsibility for.

A form exists to capture new releases and updates to software (responses) and this could serve as a basis for a page on the website that details the projects and software that the RSE Team has been involved in.

Further we could have a section in the Newsletter to detail new software releases for projects people are or have been involved in and keep updated with new releases.

If people could add details of past projects to the form or list them here I'll knock up the page.
