Agenda Items:

1. Libc: The musl libc is used when enabling rt-smart. There are some conflicts for the libc adapt layer;
2. Libc: No libc option in Kconfig when using gcc & newlib toolchains;
3. OSPP: Topics review and confirmed to submit 13 topics for 2023 OSPP;
4. Community Mechanism:

• Introduced New Member Gu Yunjie, lecturer at Imperial College London, welcome Gu Yunjie to join the RT-Thread Community Committee team and he will start working for the RT-Thread Global PR Reviewer;
• Declared that the regular community meeting conduct every two weeks on Sundays at 8:00 PM(GMT+8).

5. Community Updates:
   Guo Zhanxin and Cathy introduced the RT-Thread Singapore Workshop on April 14.

• There were a total of 21 engineers participated;
• Engineers in Singapore are very supportive of the RT-Thread Project;
• The workshop goes very well, engineers feedback that the hands-on experience with the RT-Thread project is very stunning;
• Make connections with engineers: We shared the info and updates about the RT-Thread project and about the community same while we’re having the chance to listen to our engineers tell their work and background, as we always believe that the power of the open source is the power of its community, the workshop is the perfect chance to make connections with the community engineers.
• Some tips for future workshop preparation:
  a. Do the paperwork: Includes the tutorials and workshop sessions description
  b. Local support will be a necessary

Next Actions:

1. Next Community Meeting is scheduled for May 7th. Meeting Link.
2. We’ll be discussing the availability of RT-Thread on vscode, the associated research should be done before we’re getting to this meeting.
