端口已占用，应该是之前关闭了窗口进程未结束，任务管理器->性能->打开资源监视器->侦听端口窗口内找到你的端口（根据你的图片应该是7897）对应的那一行（进程），如果是python进程那记住pid回到任务管理器 结束掉pid对应的进程再启动；如果是其它进程换个端口号（比如8891、8892……）再试试
