Alfred workflow to get IP/Hostname based on input (IP/Hostname)
Double click the workflow file found under releases to install Who.
who <IP/hostname>
Hit enter to copy the result to the clipboard.
ping <IP/hostname>
Hit enter and a notification will pop-up if the host was pingable.
