data.table contributor survey about new governance

As a part of the NSF project, @igorsteinmacher is doing a survey of all contributors, about their perception about how the new governance has affected the data.table project.

The link gives me an HTTP 403 error response via all of {university ISP, home ISP, mobile ISP, Tor}. I appreciate the consistency, but it takes a bit of time to find a proxy that Qualtrics/Akamai/NAU doesn't block. How long is the survey open for?

We will leave it open until next week. We currently have 11 answers. It would be great to hear from more people to consolidate the understanding of the community about the changes.

Thanks @igorsteinmacher, I've been able to respond successfully. I think that Qualtrics is blocking some countries (including mine) by IP address range: I'm always getting 403s without a proxy.
