Implement functionality to skip failing message.

This is a rough idea.

This might be useful, when blocking retries are being used and the consumer got stuck on a message which you want allow to fail once.

Maybe log failing msg to some sort of cache and display in the web interface failing messages with possibility to mark it for skip.
