Support for Ledger Nano X on mobile #184

According to the users it would be nice to have support for the new, bluetooth based Ledger Nano X.

This would require wrapping the PWA in Cordova and exposing the BT interface.

I'll need to check with ledger hq if this is possible with the current LedgerNano App for RISE.

For reference, a transport has been already created by Ledger here.

Some checklist:

Check current ledger app compatibiltiy
Implement changes in ledger-app ^^
Define UX (Transport Picker?)
Verify device compatibility (Desktop, mobile)
