This happens also on a brand new env: This is due to the use of new icu. It is something that would be solved by a new rebuild such as the one proposed in #418 (unfortunately at the moment I do not have a lot of time to work on that). |

Hi, I would like to install bagpy for easier reading and processing of bag files. I get the following message:
