Feature request: set the embedding model

From the settings, would it be possible to set the embedding model?

I mean, there's no always available the ada "open"ai embedding model, so it would be interesting to change it in 100% private environment.

Oh that's true, missed this while doing custom models, i'll check this out

@hdnh2006 do you have any service i can test the custom endpoint for embeddings ?
