To truly finalize the transfer from Alban Bedel's abandoned ScummC repository to the new SCUNK, the following conditions should be met:

Update licensing to GPL3, as previously discussed.
Update copyright headers, keeping the original notice (with Alban's name and copyright date) but appending it with the new 2023 copyright.
Find/Replace "ScummC" with "SCUNK".
Migrate to a new version scheme.

A proper logo and wordmark would be a nice little extra
