The document Should SMPTE HQ be HO and in page 5 SMPTE Headquarters publication process be “Home Office”
(the words Headquartered on page 4 stands -see Laster discussion)

Reasons GovOM6 at Page 8 para 4 end defines “The term “Home Office” in the Operations Manuals collectively refers to the SMPTE headquarters offices and to the Executive Director, SMPTE Staff and other persons with authority delegated by the Executive Director.

And GOVOM 20 has the same phrase “Home Office – A collective reference to the SMPTE headquarters offices and to the Executive Director, SMPTE Staff and other persons with authority delegated by the Executive Director
