Reproduction Steps

  1. On Immunization page for Cindy Lu Who, clicked New Adverse Event
  2. Entered mandatory fields (Reporting ID number, Serious, Outcome
  3. Hit save
  4. Message popped up (see screenshot) to select primary suspect vaccine

Expected Behavior

Select Suspect Vaccination should have a red star similar to other mandatory fields
