Add wiki entry for Immunization

No wiki entry published for immunization yet

When wiki entry is made, would be helpful to explain what Vaccination/Recovery option means (there is vaccination, then recovery, then vaccination/recovery) under the option "Means of Immunization"
Is it getting a vaccine and then getting sick later and recovering? Or getting sick from the vaccine via inoculation and then recovering

Would include explanation for:

• What start date and end date means - is it the start of receiving doses and then the end marks the last dose - for example, for a disease like COVID that sometimes requires 2 for full immunization?
• Reporting ID number - is it the staff or is it the person who got immunized? Is it correct that its not filled automatically? For other ID numbers, they seem to fill automatically
• "Type of site"- explaining logic of outreach/mobile/facility - for example, if you get vaccinated a school, like during covid vaccination push, is that a fixed site? or outreach?

Proposed Solution

Create wiki entry for Immunization module
Include explanation for "Means of Immunization: Vaccination/Recovery", "Reporting ID number", "Start date/End date"
