Problem Description

In adverse events dashboard, it shows serious and non-serious adverse events, but it would be good to also show unknown cases

Proposed Change

Allow adverse events of unknown severity to also be included in the chart (it is already an option when you pick the severity of the case, but doesn't currently show in the dashboard chart/graph)

Added Value/Benefit

Would allow workers to see which cases need to be categorized/followed up on for categorization
