All dashboards in demo don't allow image to be downloaded

Bug Description

For all dashboards in the demo system, for example, AEFI: If you want to download the adverse events chart as an image, you get blocked from downloading it. Also happens for contacts, for cases

Reproduction Steps

1. Clicked on disease (e.g. AFP) in Dashboard
2. Clicked on three bars icon in top right of epidemiological curve
3. Clicked download as..PNG, JPEG, etc.
4. Got error message
