Problem Description

When you open the env surveillance module, on the front page, when you explore the "Shipment Status"or "Specimen Condition" information button, the text doesn't make sense (in English or in German)

What does purpose external lab testing mean?

Proposed Solution

Clarify what the information text should say, we are not sure what it means as of now
