Computing depth percentiles for scene scale

Hi, I was curious how the depth percentiles p_x in dataset.csv are computed? I tried projecting the colmap points into each camera and then computing percentiles using all visible points, but have not been able to match the values in dataset.csv exactly on the SWORD dataset. Would you be able to provide any insight? Thanks!
