White screen flash at beginning of URL asset display

Overview of the Issue

When transitioning from a video asset to a URL asset, we're experiencing a flash of white screen before the webpage content is displayed. While not terrible, it is annoying when the previous asset's contents and the URL content is dark. I don't think this is caused by the web page content but I've attached the page source html. The video shows the transition and flash of white screen. Do you have any suggestions for eliminating the white screen flash?

Reproduction Steps

Select and activate two assets. The first is a video and the second is a URL with a static, dark background. The white screen flash occurs just before the URL asset is displayed.
