need a setting that changes bitcoin core unit of value from

BTC to bits or mBTC or BTC

would be great to get this code in there even iof we dont turn it on yet since it will take a lot of UI changes to get this working.... also updates to templates, receipts, etc etc

so we need a flag to enable in the UI so we can test it properly....

but with bitcoin at 6500 we need it
