Update the Wiki Documentation for PSCAT 1.2.0 #126

The Wiki documentation will need to be updated to reflect all of the changes that had been made in 1.2.0. Because PSCAT had grossly changed from 1.1.0, a lot of the documentation within the Wiki will need to be either massively overhauled or remove unnecessary articles.

Call to Action:

  • Update the entire Wiki for PSCAT 1.2.0.

Because I wanted to be sure that the wiki was readable, I used ChatGPT to help proofread the material to be sure that what I wanted to say - is clear. I am not a fan of AI, but I really needed something to help me proofread the content.
