Test is failing with Assertion error : currently the error is disabled by demoting to uvm_warning , so test is Passing

Hi ,
In this path -> APB_MASTER_TB_SLAVE_DUT(Memory)/apb_interface.sv file two assertion are demoted to uvm_warning as below, since the test is failing .
It needs to be thoroughly debugged and its to be fixed .
