[BNO085] Detect rest status and send calibrated info to the server

If the trackers were at rest for a second, we know that BNO was calibrated and we can send this info to server so ppl don't need to put them on table.

You can probably apply this to most vqf imus as well, since vqf provides a bias confidence value, which should be high if the tracker is properly calibrated
