Fixes

• Fixed a situation where Ctrl+Shift+Alt was not recognized.

• The overlay window is now positioned in always on top mode (previously it was a child of the game window).
• Removed option from settings: shortcut registration - hook (non-blocking).
• "+#% total to one of Elemental Resistances" stat has been removed.
