[bug] Mac Chrome not support drop ?

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to http://sortablejs.github.io/Sortable/
2. Chrome 83.0.4103.97 Sortable can not work
3. I use safari to drag and drop, the result is normal

That's so stranged. We can't really prove that it does or doesn't work because we don't have tests that cover this yet (it's on the list via browserstack).

A while go it looks like people had issues with DND on mac/chrome combo: https://support.google.com/chrome/thread/2831400?hl=en
