Description

We noticed that when people setup a payment plan for a registration the transaction is not being given a default summary note like what you would see with a regular payment to a registration.

Actual Behavior

When the transaction is complete for a payment plan the summary property in the transaction is blank.

Expected Behavior

When the payment is made the transaction should have a summary of what registration it came from.

Steps to Reproduce

Go to a registration that has a payment plan.

Look for a one that has a payment plan setup.

Look at the payment transactions under payments and you will notice that if the payment was not made from the scheduled payment plans then it will have a comment that also appears on as the summary on the transaction list.

If the payment is made from the scheduled payment plan then it doesn't provide a comment that shows up on the summary.

I would expect the transaction to provide the the same type of comment or summary.

@kwishard88 Hi there - thanks for reporting the issue - we'll take a look and investigate.

In the meantime, Rock is all about community, and a big part of that is knowing who we're engaging with. If you haven’t already, could you add your name, organization, and a photo to your GitHub profile? It’s a small step that helps put faces to names and makes our community feel more connected and personal. 😊
