Performance differences between Linux and Windows

I'm curious what performance differences (if any) people are experiencing between Windows and Linux hosts for StableStudio. I personally was running Stable Diffusion on a Ubuntu host running E5 V4 CPUs and a P40 GPU, but remotely managing it via the GUI is a bit of a pain via VNC vs just having a Windows host that you can RDP into from any Windows Desktop.
