I have installed 2.0.5, and when I create a new form I get redirected to ?a=mgr/forms/update&id=1 instead of ?a=update&category=1&namespace=formalicious&id=1 wat will show you an error like Could not find action file at: controllers/default/mgr/forms/update.php.
