Pkgin not working on minix 3.2.1 iso run in VMware fusion 11.5.1 and the network is not connected

What do you mean by 'Network is not connected'? Pkgin is not supposed to work without internet if I understand you correct.

Also please note that Minix 3.2.1 is outdated. Any help with 3.4.0 would be appreciated.
