Deep links not work anymore in V5 Desktop Windows! #1290

Describe the bug

When someone visit deeplink it will open up stremio app directly on windows and mobile.. this changed with V5 the deep links not work anymore...

Just want to let you know.

To Reproduce

Example: stremio:///detail/series/kitsu:727/kitsu:727

Other examples through simkl: https://www.reddit.com/r/Stremio/comments/1jc1k5y/stremio_simkl_custom_search_deep_links/

Expected behavior

Its working in V4
