Display chapters and add a chapter skip shortcut

Skipping intros and outros is a pain when you have to guess or remember where each is. Many sources already have chapters. While implementing an automatic intro skip would be difficult and likely require crowd sourced information, this would be a quicker and easier way to allow intro skipping.

When viewing a video, stremio should show where chapters end and start with a few lines(like in VLC).
On top of that, a button or shortcut could allow skipping the chapter you are currently watching.
